TERMS OF AGREEMENT

SET-UP

A-Lights Photography will arrive at event venue approximately one hour before scheduled start time to setup equipment and make sure that everything is operational. It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of the event venue for A-Lights Photography to setup and operate the Photo Booth at this event. The Photo Booth area needed is approximately 10ft x 10ft, 7ft in height, levelled ground indoor and requires access to a 120- volt 3 prong electrical outlet 15ft from the Photo Booth.

The client is responsible to inform A-Lights Photography of any restrictions at the site that may affect the setup or operation of the Photo Booth and/or A-Lights Photography’s ability to adequately perform their duties. The client understands that such restrictions may adversely affect the overall experience and/or quality of photos, and that A-Lights Photography is not responsible for the consequences of such restrictions.

EQUIPMENT FUNCTION

A-Lights Photography takes the utmost care regarding equipment function, photo quality, and printing. However, due to the nature of technology, and adding paper/ink some downtime may occur. A-Lights Photography guarantees its equipment to be operational at least 80% of the scheduled rental time, and will refund a pro-rated amount of the rental price for any downtime beyond this caused by equipment malfunction. In the event A-Lights Photography fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, A-Lights Photography will only be liable for funds received.

Client acknowledges that Client shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Service’s Equipment caused by: Any misuse of the Service’s Equipment by Client or Client’s guests.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT & REFUSAL

Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment caused by: a) Any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Client or its guests (invited or uninvited) or
b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake).

Client acknowledges Provider shall have the right to decline service to the client or the client's guest (invited or uninvited), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behaviour.

PAYMENT

This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. The total price for the above services and product(s) is (package price + additional package). 50% of the total price will be the initial deposit; this balance is due 14 days before the event date and is non- refundable.

CANCELLATION

If The Event is cancelled, the Client must notify A- Lights Photography of his/her desire to cancel the contract, otherwise, The Client shall be responsible for the payment schedule as set forth above. Rescheduled events shall be subject to standard pricing in effect on the date to which the event has been rescheduled, and any pricing changes shall be documented in a separate addendum.

If A-Lights Photography cancels the contract due to illness or a non-compliant Client (Client violates any terms of the Contract, A-Lights Photography may refund all or a portion of the fees already received. Any fees paid for services/products already completed will not be refunded. A non-refundable deposit that consists of 50% of the total package price is required to reserve your event date. Final payment is due at the end time of event date. Any failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of this contract. A-Lights Photography will make every attempt to provide notice to Client before cancellation occurs.

PHOTO RELEASE OPTION 

We realize some clients of ours as well as others wish the photos to remain private which is why we have the option above. We'd love to use your photos on our web site, but understand your privacy. Client agrees to, and understands the following: All guests using the photo booth hereby give to A-Lights Photography the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition, I hereby release, discharge and agree to A-Lights Photography, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

PERMITS

We are a legitimized business. Our business permit will always be available during our services to ensure that. This contract, along with a form/ invoice, will be provided during consultations. A sample of the contract is provided below. We reserve the right to make changes or updates in the contract at the time of the consultation.
